Description:
Holes: 18 (Mach III)   Tees: Concrete
Maximum Length: 4,806' - Par 54 (Original tees), 5,705' (Stout layout)
Skill Level: Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced (Stout layout)

Park's Features: Restrooms, playground, soccer and softball and cricket fields, picnic shelters, dog park, fishing ponds, volleyball and basketball courts, walking trails, mountain biking roads, and a nature center.

This course is the area's oldest. It is set in the woods over hilly terrain. Accuracy is more important than length. A variety of shots are needed to score well. The course has several hole locations to give it some variety. It is probably the most used course in the area as it is close to UNCC and gets many students playing the course.

Directions
to 2900 Rocky River Road in Charlotte:
Head east on W. T. Harris Blvd. I-85 (45a) exit. Head east past UNCC. Turn left on Rocky River Rd. (From I-85, it is 3 miles to Rocky River.) Park is 1 mile on right. Stay on main park rd 1/2 mile, left at stop sign (T). Park in first lot on left. Practice tee is across road near Hole 1.
