Minutes from September 15, 2004 - CDGC Club meeting:

Attendees:
Ralph Vickers, Bill Jacobson, Sam Nicholson, Dave Marchant, Wit, Tripp Cole

1) $am 'Money Bag$' Nichol$on'$ update:
$2132 in the bank after all is said and done

2) Courses Updates:
Kilborne:  workday planned for Saturday, 9/25 at 10am.  Bill Jacobson is organizing. 
Reedy Creek:  A) plans are coming together for long/alt tees for most holes. 
Bill Jacobson volunteers to raise any additional funds to make this project a 
reality.  B) due to a reschedule, Brian Wilson could not make the meeting.  He 
has proposed a well thought out plan to provide new signs at Reedy.  Bill Jacobson
 is in contact with him to implement this plan.
Hornet’s Nest:  New pad on 17.  This will be used in the Fall Finale.  Plans in 
place to add alt tees on 5 and alt pins on 1 (right dogleg to avoid conflict 
with picnic area) and 10 (longer after right dogleg).
Renny:  No action discussed due to focus on Fall Finale.

3)  Maceman picnic on Oct 2 at 10am.  $20 entry fee get shirt and disc.  Club 
gets $3 per entry that will go towards Fall Finale. 

4) USDGC:  CDGC is providing the manpower to run the golf carts to provide 
transportation around the course and to/form parking lot for spectators and
competitors.  Bill Jacobson is heading that up (is he the only one doing 
anything around here?!).

5) Monthly meetings will be moving to the 2nd Wednesday of each month to avoid a 
conflict with MNF.
