Minutes from August 9, 2004 - CDGC Club meeting:

Attendees: Very light due to nucleus of group being at Worlds.
Sam Nicholson, Bill Jacobson, Dave Marchant, Tripp Cole

1) $am 'Money Bag$' Nichol$on'$ update:
$714 balance after all is said and done

2) Points Bonanza T-Shirts are here.  They go to all people who played all 4 days at PB.

3)  Tripp discussed maintenance issues at Renny.  Outlined the ongoing work he 
is doing.  Proposed that we make a formal maintenance schedule and work with 
Parks and Rec closer to keep course more playable in the growing season.

4) Dave proposed adding a Sringtime Renny only tournament to highlight our 
crown-jewel course and to recognize the incredible effort that went into 
building it and the ongoing effort that is need to maintain it and all of our 
courses.  Dave to make a formal proposal next meeting.

5) Sam is holding a “Club Soiree” at his home course on Oct 23.  Big members 
only party to go late into the night.  More details to follow.

6) Club fundraiser discs need better sales channel.  Website?  More formalized 
signout (kinda like library books) method.  We have enough to underwrite the 
$1000 DL is asking for for the FF and that we hope to be able to give.
